We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in sales within the IT services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our IT services.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and competitor activities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services to clients.
  • Feedback: Gather client feedback and provide insights to the management and technical teams to improve service offerings.
