Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic LinkedIn Sales Enabler to join our team and enhance our sales efforts through strategic use of LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn sales tools, a knack for content creation, and the ability to drive engagement and lead generation. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to leverage LinkedIn as a powerful platform for building relationships, generating leads, and accelerating our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LinkedIn Strategy Development: Design and implement LinkedIn strategies to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling content tailored for LinkedIn that highlights our IT solutions, industry insights, and success stories to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with LinkedIn best practices, tools, and resources to optimize their outreach and lead generation efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients and key decision-makers on LinkedIn through targeted outreach and personalized messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on LinkedIn campaign performance and engagement metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align LinkedIn activities with broader sales and marketing goals. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on LinkedIn tools and techniques. Provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.
