Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Content Marketing:

    • Manage blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
  5. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
    • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget.
    • Ensure cost-effective strategies while maintaining a high ROI.
  7. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
    • Apply insights to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT services industry.
    • Proven success in generating leads for IT products or services.
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and others.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation.
  4. Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
    • Experience in creating data-driven marketing strategies.
  5. Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
