Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening, assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Technical Hiring Expertise
  • Recruit for key IT roles, including software developers, QA engineers, cloud specialists, data analysts, and other technical positions.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to identify relevant talent.
Process Management
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, including key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events to promote employer branding.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pool for future needs.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
RequirementsEducational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A technical background or certifications in IT recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience hiring for a wide range of technical roles and skill levels.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements, including programming languages, frameworks, and IT tools.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
