OrangeMantra’s internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. Interns will work closely with industry experts, gain technical and business knowledge, and contribute to various initiatives within their assigned department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Depending on the department, interns may be involved in:

Technical Roles:

• Assisting in software development, testing, and debugging.
• Learning and applying programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Working on front-end or back-end development using modern frameworks.
• Supporting DevOps and cloud-based projects.
• Analyzing data and generating reports using data science techniques.
• Assisting in IT support and cybersecurity initiatives.

Non-Technical Roles:

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Assisting in digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Supporting business development and sales teams with lead generation.
• Working on project coordination and client communication.
• Creating content, presentations, and documentation as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of relevant tools and technologies related to the department.
