Product Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders (clients, leadership, engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
  
• Manage the complete product lifecycle ideation, design, development, launch, and enhancements.
  
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively.
  
• Lead product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams.
  
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive iterative improvements.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success (adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction).
  
• Ensure product development aligns with user experience best practices and business objectives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT services or software product environment.
  
• Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices.
  
• Hands-on experience in working with engineering and design teams.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Aha!, Product board, etc.).
  
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions.
