Even though the company had a marketplace website for sellers, the company wanted to build a comprehensive dashboard for efficient business performance. To meet their objective, they reached OrangeMantra for a more sophisticated marketplace solution that could ensure consistent product presentation, to support sales and marketing. The first step was to create a more personalized experience while harmonizing its data internally.
Our client had offline supply chain processes to manage the retail business through wholesalers. With shifting end-user demands and market trends, the client focused on selling products on the e-commerce portal. But increasing business and constant rate fluctuations in e-commerce platforms, it became challenging to track all the online and offline orders, inventory & pricing updates. Ultimately, operations managers realized they needed a dashboard for a comprehensive overview of product prices and inventories.
After understanding all the data requirements from different resources, the OrangeMantra team finalized the scope of work to bring visibility to the decision-making. The objective was to automate the calculations to keep track of inventory, orders, price comparison, profit/loss, and product performance.
