Building a Centralized Marketplace for Home Services

Overview

An established home service company faced hurdles in their mobile application. They wanted to expand to more cities but were unable to do so due to their disconnected systems. Customers were often dissatisfied because they were unable to book their preferred home service.

We partnered with them to launch an on-demand app based on the UrbanClap framework. This new platform centralized all workflows, smooth payment, and offered real-time tracking. This new platform improved customer experience and gave admin control over these services.
