Our client is India’s leading entertainment service provider. They wanted to develop an internal automation tool for the sales team. This tool gives the sales team a platform to enter all the related details like pricing, occupancy, expenses, and revenues projected to generate reports as per customer needs. Our client needed to more effectively onboard new businesses as well as automate the manual process of onboarding. To do that, they searched for an IT outsourcing partner with expertise in staff augmentation services to cover end-to-end development. In addition, propose a solution to automate the onboarding process by applying the latest Java technologies.

Challenge

To meet an evolving demand for new services, the company decided to expand its portal with advanced automation software to eliminate complex manual operations. The challenge was to create an application for migrating all manual operations to a digital platform. Another challenge was to maintain all the data in a single place and ensure users can update/edit any information in the tool itself.

Solution

Our client entrusted us to develop a complete product ready for internal business operations that organizes the process of onboarding new prospects. Together with our client, we organized multiple workshops to decide on the optimal tech stack to cover the automation project’s requirements. As a result of close collaboration with the client and their in-house engineering team, we came up with a solution to deploy a dedicated Java team.

By adding highly customizable algorithms with support for different departments, we not only simplified document gathering operations, and new location selection but minimized the risk of data losses with advanced fraud detection techniques.

Results

The money and time spent onboarding prospects and assets is a substantial burden on client infrastructure. But with the automated system, the time spent onboarding new users has reduced significantly from months to minutes. It eliminates the need to involve the support center to check all documents, saving money for our client, and allows prospects to promptly start running a business. Our client continues to grow their business, thanks to the introduction of new technologies and expects their revenue to increase dramatically after deploying the tech-powered capabilities.
