Our client, earKART was founded to bring quality hearing devices to people with hearing loss. The client believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare regardless of their location or financial status. They needed an eCommerce platform to serve users with professional access to audiology service and a feature rich hearing aid at an affordable price. To establish a robust eCommerce platform to complement their B2B model, expand their online presence, they were looking for a technology partner with relevant expertise. They partnered with OrangeMantra to build an immersive and easy to navigate eCommerce store.

Our Process
We started by gaining a deep understanding of business requirements and expansion plans. Following the analysis step, we recommended Shopify as the eCommerce development technology platform and examined the client readiness for the changes. Our team then integrated CRM solution into business workflows. Our continuous monitoring ensured website superior speed, performance, and security.
