Our client is a leading electronic parts manufacturer for more than 250 business, government, and other customers globally. Having a warehouse management solution is a great approach as long as order volume is manageable. But it becomes really challenging if it’s too complex to operate or requires more effort in fulfilling orders.

Our client needed to increase the efficiency of their order management system. They required fast processing of canceled orders across geographies and time zones. With dozens of cancellation tickets, operators were facing challenges to manage their mainframe application on top of processing every ticket. Delayed manual processes of canceled orders ended into more pressure on operators, raised operational costs by making inventory hard to predict.
