Our Process
Our team focused on optimizing Cars24’s Car Jockey App and Lead Management System (LMS) to enhance efficiency and user experience. We refined the app’s interface, improving navigation, icons, and cards for seamless car inspections. The LMS was streamlined to ensure accurate lead assignments and smooth report submissions. We also optimized the Quality Check process, enabling thorough inspections and precise modifications before finalizing reports. Lastly, we ensured secure and efficient financial transactions by enhancing data accuracy and workflow reliability.
1. Car Jockey App Maintenance
We refined the Car Jockey app’s interface, improving icons, cards, and user journey to create a smoother navigation experience. This helped Car Jockeys (CJs) efficiently inspect cars for working condition, tires, doors, and paint quality.
2. LMS Enhancement
The Lead Management System (LMS) dashboard assigns CJs to visit clients for car evaluations. We maintained and streamlined the system to ensure a seamless assignment process and enhanced reporting accuracy.
3. Quality Control Optimization
Once CJs complete car inspections (covering interior, exterior, engine, and documents), the data is forwarded to the Quality Check (QC) team. We optimized the QC process, ensuring precise evaluations and easy report modifications before submission.
4. Streamlining Financial Transactions
Post-QC, reports are sent to the bank for financial transactions. Our team ensured secure data handling, making the process more efficient and reliable.
