With operations including manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and customer service, the need for an advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution became evident. Our Process
OrangeMantra’s business analysts started the project with initial discovery sessions and discussions with the business users. Based on the existing process and the improvement ideas from the users, we ideated a multi-functional portal with applications meant to fulfill the needs of different departments that ran different processes and operations. Further, our business analysts conducted team training at the client’s location as part of the solution’s implementation and roll-out.
