Our Process
OrangeMantraβs business analysts started the project with initial discovery sessions and discussions with the business users. Based on the existing process and the improvement ideas from the users, we ideated a multi-functional portal with applications meant to fulfill the needs of different departments that ran different processes and operations. Further, our business analysts conducted team training at the clientβs location as part of the solutionβs implementation and roll-out.
