Understanding Requirements & Mapping Workflows

Before touching any systems, we sat with their team to understand how things worked behind the scenes. They needed clean stock syncs across both warehouses, better segmentation for marketing, fewer manual fulfilment tasks, and a simple way for customer support to view full order histories.
Once we had the full picture, we mapped how orders, customers, inventory updates, returns, and edits would flow among Shopify, HubSpot, and Odoo. That became the blueprint for everything that followed.

HubSpot CRM Setup & Customer Data Organization

Their customer list had years of duplicate entries and incomplete records, so we cleaned it up before syncing anything to HubSpot. Once HubSpot was ready, we set up useful segments, campers, trekkers, first-time buyers, bulk purchasers, and built basic automation like reorder reminders and welcome flows.
From there, Shopify and HubSpot synced in real time. Every new order, abandoned cart, signup, and profile change showed up instantly in HubSpot, making the marketing team’s work a lot easier.

Odoo ERP Integration & Backend Automation

We then connected Odoo ERP to Shopify to stabilize operations. We synced inventory in real time; automated order creation in Odoo; mapped GST/tax rules; connected multi-warehouse stock; and ensured returns and cancellations updated Shopify instantly.

Odoo became the single source of truth for stock, accounts, and vendor management, removing the brand’s biggest operational pain points.

Testing, Validation & Launch

We tested integrations across real scenarios: multi-warehouse stock updates, high-volume order pushes, partial fulfilments, cancellations, edited orders, and returns. We validate HubSpot timelines, Odoo accounting entries, and Shopify development services updates for every workflow.
