Hero MotoCorp takes a fully tech-driven approach to connecting with customers. Even for engaging employees, the motorcycle giant believes in letting technology build the foundations for interactions. Inspired by Hero’s digital-focused engagement models, we crafted a solution using knowledge-game principles. Moto Passion, the employee engagement platform, creates virtual motorcycle journeys for users (employees). Hero employees need to participate in a quiz while completing their bike journey. By answering trivia questions, employees can broaden their knowledge about Hero MotoCorp, including its history, brands, and meaning of the company logo, among other things. And that’s not all. Moto Passion also generates employee reports based on their quiz scores.
