Our client is a leading car manufacturer based in Germany. It’s also one of the largest automobile exporters in Germany with footprints in over 50 Countries. Whether in the field of design, engines, chassis, environmental responsibility, or safety: the client holds a leading position. Comprehensive service and a dense network of dealers guarantee premium service. The needed a single, unified, and comprehensive solution that can bring all dealers on a single platform. They contacted OrangeMantra to build a feature-rich and easy to navigate dealer management system.


The company had a dealer management process that was not delivering optimal results. Most of the process including dealer orders, service requests, return requests, were performed through manual data entry. This results into costly errors and limited business efficiency. The system had no feature to access the sales number, track order and other internal operations. Poor communication was another major challenge facing dealership management. They were unable to manage forecast, customer warranty details and vehicle service history.


After carefully listening to the client, we explained how integrating DMS can modernize existing legacy services. The client was excited to have hassle-free accessibility to data. We built a next-generation end-to-end Dealer Management system for both domestic and international business. The solution was integrated with a backend solution for real-time information flow. Mission-critical features like automating the sales process, warranty management, service management, inventory tracking, and customer relationship management were added. The system is equipped to calculate service charges, tax structure and is multi-lingual.


Client with the use of Dealer management systems was able to manage a network of dealers effectively. It is almost impossible to run the business with the new workflow.
