The logistics company was using a Python-based system to manage the onboarding process. Having separate fields for inbound logistics, delivery centers, transport, and inventory management, there was insufficient transparency in the supply chain.

The customer needed to seek external assistance and augment their team with relevant skills to keep the project moving forward. As far as the business operation was supposed to evolve rapidly, the company was looking for a partner with expertise in Java development. Initially, they needed a team of Java developers to do the migration work.

Solution
